There was a time in my life when everything felt too heavy.
I was lost, numb, and tired of pretending I was okay. I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t talk nicely, and honestly… I didn’t even want to live anymore.
I hurt myself more times than I want to admit. It was my lowest point — a version of me I don’t ever want to go back to.
But I’m still here.
And if you’re reading this, I want to tell you something important:
Don’t go through it alone.
If you’re not feeling okay mentally — please, seek help. Talk to someone. Reach out. Surround yourself with good people, with kind souls who make you feel safe and seen.
I used to think no one would understand me.
But once I started opening up — slowly, one person at a time — I realized there are so many kind, supportive people out there who truly care.
When I was diagnosed with ADHD, I was scared people would judge me or think I was “weird.” But instead, they accepted me. They understood me. They reminded me that I’m not broken — I’m just different. And that’s okay.
If you’re going through something right now, please remember:
You deserve help. You deserve kindness. You deserve to stay.
Your story isn’t over yet.
